OnSight furniture is accompanied by world renowned Sunbrella Fabrics. Made from certified marine grade material built to withstand any damage resulting from UV and mildew. The specially made acrylic fibers is colored with fade proof dye and topped with a water repellant finish to ensure the product’s beauty for years to come. Sunbrella fabrics is the result of over 50 years of innovation creating a fabric that is relentless in its durability, yet sacrifices no expense when it comes to comfort.
OUR WARRANTY
Onsight Patio Living Ten (10) Year Warranty:
Onsight warrants to the original retail buyer if the furniture frame fails structurally within ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Onsight will replace the part, repair the frame, or offer a one time full replacement on the damaged item at our option. Replacement will be in original color and style whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance.
Onsight warrants the powder coat finish for three (3) years from the date of purchase, including peeling or blistering. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, fading and wearing of hand-applied finishes is not included in this warranty. Warranty period is five (5) years for Sunbrella fabrics. Warranty period is five (5) years for woven or wood furniture, sling fabrics. Warranty period is three (3) years on Umbrella Frames and one (1) year on fire pits accessories.
This limited warranty applies to residential use only and is not transferable. Onsight does not warrant against acts of nature, commercial use, normal wear and tear, chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse freeze damage, glass breakage, wind damaged, or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture. Onsight will not be liable for shipping charges either to or from its warehouse on warranted merchandise following the initial delivery period (72hours signing delivery receipt). When requesting parts, replacement, or repairs, goods must be returned for inspection or a photograph provided to Onsight or its authorized representative. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
